SCHOOL PROFILE:

Manitou Springs High School is an innovative, forward thinking, award-winning school of nearly 500 students (46% of all students choice into Manitou Springs High School from surrounding communities) and 40 staff members. The school is widely known for its “family feel” and emphasizes close, personal relationships as its foundation for success. The culture of the school is positive, kind, inclusive and collaborative. We are looking for a new leader to accentuate our outstanding and numerous attributes while leading us to become an even more effective, responsive and innovative school moving on into the next decade.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• School leadership experience required—high school administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in instructional leadership (professional development, curricular/program development/instructional delivery/pedagogy)
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining a positive, proactive, safe and innovative climate for students and staff
• Demonstrated experience in leading innovative change
• Demonstrated experience in team building (collaborative, kind, loyal)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to all constituents in multiple ways

COMPENSATION: Salary Range From $84,920 - $115,375
Excellent Health Insurance Program
