Cathrine (Cat) Olimb, Director of Technology
Cat grew up in Oslo, Norway. She has a Business/Marketing degree from Wang Business School in Oslo and a degree in Graphic Design. Cat have lived in Oslo, Stockholm, Tel Aviv and The Hague. While living in Israel she was the Director of The American Embassy School and in The Netherlands she worked as the Technology Coordinator at the American School of The Hague. Cat is excited to be living and working in Colorado Springs, she is an avid biker, hiker, skier and kayaker. Cat has two kids that both graduated from Manitou, Emilie in 2009 and Anders in 2011. Emilie graduated from Virginia Tech as an engineer and Anders graduated from Business School at CSU.
Cat has worked for Manitou since 2005.

Mat Krutka, District Network Manager/Apple Certified Technician
Mat was born in New Hampshire, His dad was in the Air Force so he moved
around a lot before settling in, in Black Forrest. Mat enjoys Camping,
Biking, Snowboarding and he loves Colorado. Mat has two kids, Casey and
Jacob, Casey just graduated HS and Jacob joined the Navy after HS. Mat has
worked for Manitou since 2015.
Allison Scott, Communication Specialist
Allison is the Communications Specialist for the district. She went to Michigan State University where she graduated with a degree in Journalism. From there, Allison worked as a TV news reporter in northern Michigan as well as in West Virginia. While she's a west Michigan native, Allison traded in the sand dunes for the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. Allison enjoys spending time with her dog, Fred, who she adopted while living in West Virginia. She also loves ice cream, being outdoors, and a good TV binge session.

Gabrielle Waters, High School/Ute Pass Building Tech
Gabrielle Waters is a 3rd generation Colorado Springs native. She studied Art, Graphic Design and Early education at UCCS. She previously worked in the medical field supporting radiologists and staff for 14 years. Gabrielle lives in Manitou. She loves traveling, creating art, reading and generally just enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Lesley Blyth, High School/UPES Building Tech
Lesley
Blyth is the Computer Technician for the High School and SILC buildings
here in District 14. She grew up in the Midwest on the beautiful shores
of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She enjoyed many years at the
University of Wisconsin, Madison with a Fine Arts curriculum but
decided to pursue a Graphic Arts career instead. She obtained her
Associate of Arts Degree at Madison Area Technical College and then
moved to the mountains and settled in as a Graphic Designer in Colorado
Springs. She started as a computer technician several years ago at the
school and enjoys her interaction with both students and staff. Lesley
lives in Manitou with her husband, Dave and their goofy Springer
Spaniel, Jebediah. She enjoys hiking, sewing, gardening and eating all
the great food her husband prepares!

Marcus Jordan, Manitou Springs Middle School Media Tech
Born and raised in Colorado Springs to a military family. I’m
a jack of all trades and a hands-on learner with a love and passion for
technology. I've dabbled in 3D printers, Laser Engravers, Desktop CNC
Cutters and enjoy fixing electronics in my freetime. Before Manitou, I
worked 20 years
as a mechanic and then as an engineer for industrial vacuum pumps. I
started working
at Manitou School District as a 3D Printing consultant for the
Elementary
school. Then I worked with Lego Robotics and became the head coach of
the First Tech Challenge
team #11561 (Grades 7-12) . I Graduated from Colorado Technical
University in 2015 and am a Founder
of Southern Colorado Robotics, a 501(c)(3) that was created to support
STEM education
for the Southern Colorado Region.

Logan Read, Manitou Springs Elementary Building Tech
My name is Logan Read. I grew up in California, lived in Kansas City for 10 years, and finally made my home in Manitou in 2019. Both of my children attend Manitou Elementary. In my free time I’m usually rock climbing, doing pottery, or playing guitar. I love being a part of the MSES team and supporting both students and teachers with technology.
