League of American Bicyclists Smart Cycling
curriculum.
This online training covers everything from how to safely prepare for a bike ride, navigating our roadways and trails lawfully and safely, and also includes information about avoiding the most common crashes. A training certificate is available after successful completion. Note: You will need to create an account with the League first, then register for the Smart Cycling online curriculum. Also note that an On-Bike safety class with a League Certified Instructor is also suggested as part of the training. We offer this class once yearly.

Great information about sharing our off road trails courteously with other users. Did you know our urban trail maximum speed limit is 15 mph and Colorado Law requires an audible cue before overtaking other trail users. Please remember, slow users on the right and passing occurs on the left.
